From idea to vehicle wash business
At Tammermatic, every project starts with a needs’ discussion. Salespeople at the Tammermatic distributors help the customer choose the right wash machine content for them according to the customer’s vehicle wash concept. First on car wash products, a model based on the high-pressure washing type is chosen: Lux, Turbo, Pro or Jet. Other options for the washing machine are defined according to the type of wash programs you want to offer your customer base, for example high-pressure washing of wheels, the number of pumps, special foams and waxes, and other solutions that affect the efficiency or speed of washing.
Nearly same principles apply to Heavy Duty vehicle washing.
At the same time, all offered services are reviewed, from maintenance to chemicals and remote monitoring or TammerCloud data services.
From customer wishes to implementation
The wash machine can be equipped with numerous additional options that improve the wash result and the efficiency of the washing process and differentiate the offering from other washing operators. Tammermatic offers all options for almost all machine models, including patented automatic shape recognition and tire polishing. Shape recognition (scanner), ensures that all cars are washed safely without separate programs for, for example, ski boxes or pick-ups, and tire polishing completes the wash, giving the tires a shine similar to new.
The customer also has the option of customizing the appearance of car wash machine FENiX. The doors and front panel of the washing machine and the brushes can be made in the desired colors. The customer’s own logo can be added to the front panel, and the displays can be programmed with, for example, the name of the washing program or the remaining washing time. This gives each machine a corporate look.
Production in Pirkkala, under one roof
Once the contents and options of the machine have been agreed upon, the order is confirmed and manufacturing begins at the Tammermatic factory in Pirkkala. Everything happens under one roof: design, production and testing, which makes the process flexible and fast. In special projects, the design department is already involved in the quotation phase to ensure that the solution is technically functional and suitable for the hall.
Installation and commissioning
Before installation, the site can be checked on site to ensure that everything is ready for the delivery of the machine.
After installation, the customer is given comprehensive user training, which covers the use, maintenance, chemicals and wash programs of the machine. After this after-sales takes over, taking care of preventive maintenance, chemical deliveries and necessary repairs.
